Support That Brings Clarity, Stability, and a Way Forward
When something isn't right with your child, you feel it.
You may see changes in their behavior. You may notice withdrawal, frustration, or emotional swings. You may find yourself in repeated conversations that don't seem to go anywhere.
At times, it can feel like you're trying everything you know how to do—and still not getting through.
That uncertainty can be difficult to carry.
You want to help. You want to understand what's going on. You want to feel confident that your child is moving toward something stable and healthy.
This is where the right support makes a difference.
A Clear, Grounded Approach
I work with parents and families by bringing clarity to what is happening.
We take the time to understand your child's experience, your family dynamic, and the patterns that are showing up across both.
From there, the work becomes more structured:
- identifying what is contributing to the current challenges
- creating a clearer way of communicating within the family
- establishing expectations and boundaries that hold
- supporting your child in developing stronger emotional awareness and regulation
The goal is to move from confusion and reactivity toward a more stable, understood way of relating.
Clinical Care You Can Trust
Therapy is provided within a supervised clinical framework.
I practice as a Licensed Associate Therapist (LAC), with training in evidence-based modalities including EMDR and DBT.
This ensures:
- appropriate clinical oversight
- adherence to professional and ethical standards
- care that is grounded in established therapeutic methods
You are working with someone trained to navigate complexity, while still showing up in a way that feels accessible and real.
Working With Adolescents And Young Adults
Adolescents and young adults often respond differently to therapy than adults.
They are sensitive to tone. They are quick to disengage when something feels forced or impersonal. They tend to open up when they feel respected and met as individuals.
The work focuses on building a relationship that allows for real engagement.
This includes:
When that connection is in place, the work becomes more effective and more sustainable.
Supporting The Family System
Change within a family rarely happens in isolation.
Parents are often looking for guidance on how to respond, how to communicate, and how to support their child without escalating conflict or losing connection.
This work may include:
- parent sessions to provide clarity and direction
- guidance on communication and boundary-setting
- support in navigating difficult or high-conflict situations
The aim is to create a more stable, functional environment for everyone involved.
Clinical Therapy
If you are unsure if this path is appropriate for your situation, that can be clarified during the initial consultation.

Begin The Conversation
If this direction resonates, the next step is a conversation.
A discovery call provides space to talk through what you're experiencing and clarify next steps based on your goals and context.
From there, we decide how to move forward.
